HIS TIME WITH the Pittsburgh Steelers may be coming to an end after seeing zero snaps against the Minnesota Vikings last weekend, but James Harrison is still putting in the hours in the gym.
The 39-year old has posted a video of his latest work out, involving weights and chains that he has captioned as “DO NOT try this!”
And he’s probably right, particularly without a spotter in sight:
